Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time from your account, under Credits and Billing, then Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your subscription keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends.
Subscription refunds
We do not refund part periods. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the period ends.
Run packs
Packs (600 people for £60, 1,000 people for £120) are not refundable once used. If you have bought a pack and not used it, contact us and we will consider a refund; any refunded pack is removed from your account.
Failed runs
If a run fails to complete because of a fault on our side, the credits used are returned to your account.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Business customers and consumers who ask us to start a run straight away accept that the right to cancel ends once the service has been supplied.
